Owned by the Bone Marrow Cancer Trust. Ranui House provides short term accomodation and support to out of town patients and families during treatment at Christchurch Hospital.

Situated by the river Avon in the heart of Christchurch, this six storey apartment building with its commanding views comprises of 2 luxury penthouses, 16 apartments all finished to the highest of standards and basement car parking.  Primarily constructed from precast concrete, glazed balustrades and profiled metal panelling and roofing, this highly confined site situated within a stones throw of the Avon River proved as expected to be a challenging project. The high water table and the deep excavations for the underground parking required the construction of an environmentally friendly dewatering facility ensuring only pure water re-entered the Avon River.
