Glassworks Industry Park

Awarded by Goodman following a competitive tender, AWC was appointed main contractor for construction of the 4,800 m2 warehouse and 1,000 m2 office facility shared by New Zealand Safety and Fisher and Paykel.

This project used a combination of precast panels and metal cladding to walls, with a post tension floor system to all warehouse areas poured after the building was weather proofed.

The challenging programme demanded a well thought out and seamless methodology to ensure the successful handover within the required timeframe.
