Shell Service Station

Built on a prominent corner site, this was a new flagship designed Shell service station. This tight time constraint contract required strict programming; large resources to meet that programme and good site management to ensure critical sub trades like block work were completed on schedule. The project involved the installation of new underground storage tanks, a car wash, a fore court and its canopy comprised of structural steel and Posi-STUT beams. The construction of the new service station building included for a large convenience store and offices.
